What are Microgreens?

Microgreens are the tender, young leaves of vegetable and herb plants, harvested just after the first true leaves develop. They are typically 5–15 cm tall and are rich in naturally occurring vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and other beneficial plant compounds.

They are known for their fresh flavour and can be easily added to a variety of meals without cooking.
