When you contact us on WhatsApp
Every “Order on WhatsApp” and “Subscribe Now” button on this site opens WhatsApp on your device with a prefilled message. Nothing is sent until you tap send in WhatsApp. When you do, we receive your WhatsApp name, phone number and the message you send.
When you call us
We receive your phone number and whatever you share with us.
When you browse the site
This website does not have user accounts and does not store form data on any server. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device type, approximate location). This data is aggregated, and IP addresses are anonymised. Fonts are served from our own website, not from third-party servers.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, take your order and arrange delivery.
- To manage your subscription (deliveries, skipped weeks, payments).
- To send you order-related updates on WhatsApp. We will only send promotional messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
3. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone for marketing purposes. Your details are shared only where needed to fulfil your order (for example, with a delivery partner) or where required by law. Messages you send us on WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy.

Your contact details and order history are kept on our business phone and simple records for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounts and tax purposes. We take reasonable steps to keep them safe.

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop messaging you. Just contact us on WhatsApp or by phone.
6. Cookies
