Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to orders and subscriptions placed with Freshiva Greens (operated by Alok D N), Shivamogga, Karnataka. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Ordering

Orders and subscriptions are placed by messaging us on WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only when we reply to confirm it. Retail packs are subject to harvest availability; varieties and quantities may vary from week to week.

2. Delivery area

We currently deliver in and around Shivamogga. Deliveries are made on the day(s) we agree with you on WhatsApp. Please make sure someone is available to receive the pack, or tell us a safe place to leave it.

3. Subscription plans

  • Plans are priced per month and include 4 weekly deliveries (Starter ₹599 / 100 g per week; Wellness ₹1,099 / 150 g; Fitness ₹1,699 / 200 g; Family ₹2,299 / 300 g; Premium ₹2,999 / 400 g).
  • Payment: Subscriptions are prepaid monthly. Payment can be made by UPI or cash.
  • Cancellation: Cancel any time on WhatsApp; the current paid month is completed and no further months are charged.
  • Skipping a week: Tell us at least 2 days before your delivery day and the delivery is carried forward to the end of your plan.
  • If a harvest fails: microgreens are a living crop and occasionally a batch does not grow to our standard. If we cannot deliver in a given week, that delivery is carried forward.
  • Prices may change; we will tell you before any change affects your next month.

4. Freshness and storage

Microgreens are a perishable, fresh produce. Please keep them refrigerated and consume within 5–7 days of delivery for optimum nutrition absorption. We are not responsible for produce that has been stored incorrectly. If a pack arrives damaged or in poor condition, send us a photo on WhatsApp on the day of delivery and we will replace it or credit it.

5. Health and nutrition information

Nutrition information on this website is indicative and is not medical advice. Microgreens are not a replacement for vegetables. Wash before use if you prefer. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have food allergies, please consult a qualified professional before making dietary changes.

6. Food safety

Freshiva Greens is registered with FSSAI (Reg. No. 21226147000701). Our microgreens are grown without pesticide sprays or synthetic chemicals and packed hygienically.

7. Website

Content and images on this website belong to Freshiva Greens and may not be reused without permission. We try to keep the site accurate but cannot guarantee it is free of errors.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Shivamogga, Karnataka.
